Q: I am an existing McDelivery user. Can I use my McDelivery account name and password? How do I sign in?

A: McDelivery user IDs do not work for this corporate website. Please sign up as a new user.

Q: I am a new user. How do I set up my account?

A: Click on 'REGISTER' at the top right corner of your screen. Key in your personal details and agree to our terms and conditions. Your account is now ready.

Q: Can I change the email address for my account?

A: We're sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please register a new email account to start ordering now.

Q: Can I contact McDonald's to change the email address for my account?

A: For security reasons, McDonald's cannot access your email account. Please register a new email account to start ordering now.

Q: I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

A: Click on 'Forgot password?' at the top right corner of your screen. Enter the email address you registered with, and further instructions will be emailed to you.

Q: I've forgotten/cannot log in with my email address registered previously. What must I do?

A: Register a new account with an email address (different from your previous one) to start ordering.

Q: What modes of payment are accepted?

A: Please note that payment is required to be made 7 working days before the delivery date.
The following modes of payment will be accepted:  
1. Cash
2. Internet Banking / GIRO
3. E-invoice (AGD) (for schools and institutions only)
4. Ge-Biz (for government establishments only)
5. Corporate Cheque

Q: Is there a minimum order value for corporate orders?

A: Yes, a minimum order of $200 is required. For orders below $200, please contact our McDelivery call centre at 6777 3777.

Q: Is there a delivery fee?

A: For orders above $1000, there will be no delivery charges imposed.

Q: What is CVV2?

A: CVV2 is a 3-digit security code printed on the back of credit cards for internet transactions. It is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on your Visa or MasterCard. The CVV2 is usually preceded by your card number and helps to confirm that a genuine card is being used during a transaction.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Click on ‘My orders’ from the top menu and you should be able to view the status of your orders.

Q: Where can I change my account info?

A: Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, select "My Account" from the top menu. You can change your account information there.
